At Nova Store, all products are made to order through our supplier in the United States. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds for customer errors, such as selecting the wrong phone model, changing your mind, or entering an incorrect address.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or different product than the one ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and, if applicable, offer you a replacement at no additional cost or a refund.

• A detailed description of the problem.
